How Do I Downgrade or Cancel My Plan?

Whether you’re looking to downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription by moving to our Free Plan, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make it easy.

How to Downgrade Your Plan

If you want to move to a lower-tier plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Mighty Network on a web browser.

  2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Mighty Billing Plan".

  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the link that says "Downgrade Your Plan".

  5. Choose the plan you’d like to downgrade to, and confirm your selection.

How to Cancel Your Plan

Canceling your plan means downgrading your Mighty Network to our Free Plan. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Mighty Network.

  2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select Mighty Billing Plan.

  4. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page.

  5. Click "Downgrade Your Plan".

  6. Choose "Downgrade to Free Plan", and confirm.

Once downgraded, you’ll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Canceling an Engagement Boost

If you’re using an Engagement Boost, you’ll need to cancel it separately:

  1. Go to "Mighty Billing Plan".

  2. Click your Boost Level (located under "Manage Your Plan").

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Boost".

How to Deactivate or Delete Your Mighty Network

Deleting Your Network

If you no longer want your Network, you can permanently delete it. Please note: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For detailed steps, see this article.

Deactivating Your Network

If you’d rather not delete your Network, you can deactivate it instead. This makes your Network unavailable to members but keeps all content intact. You can reactivate your Network at any time.

To deactivate your Network:

  1. Log in to your Mighty Network.

  2. Click the "Need Help?" button in the bottom right corner to contact our Customer Advocacy Team.
