How Do I Choose Where Plans Appear?

After you create your plan, decide where you want it to appear.

In the settings of any plan (Admin > Plan List > click on the plan), there is a Visibility & Sharing tab

On this tab, you can choose options, any of which make the plan visible (instead of hidden):

  • Network Landing Page

  • Collection

  • Space/Network About Page

By making the plan visible and/or creating plan share links, the plan becomes active. So if any of the plan Spaces were previously set to Invite-Only, they will now be Accessible Through Plans instead.

These are your options for a plan that includes only access to a Space or Spaces (limited membership)

These are your options for a plan that includes access to the Network

Best for when:

  • You’re offering a standalone course, event, or lead magnet

  • You want non-members to see and purchase the plan

Best for when:

  • You want to promote a plan at the Collection level to be discovered when people are exploring the Network (they must be able to see the Collection exists i.e. the Collection must be set to visible otherwise only those will access to a Space in the Collection can see it exists).

  • Note, make sure that the plan carousel is selected in your Collection settings.

Display the plan on the Space’s About page so members can join from there.

Best for when:

  • You want to promote a plan to be discovered when people are exploring the Network (they must be able to see the Space exists)

  • You want to provide more context about the Spaces in the plan for people considering joining the plan
