Use our plans feature if you want to require people to do one or more of the following when joining:
Pay (Payments gate)
Answer questions (Screening Questions gate)
Request approval (Approval gate)
Once your plans are set up, members can purchase them on the web, in the Mighty iOS app, or in your custom app if you’re a Mighty Pro Host. If you want to use a Token-Gated Plan to allow access with NFTs or cryptocurrency, learn more here.
After you create your plan, decide where you want it to appear.
Navigate to the Visibility & Sharing tab in the plan settings (Admin > Plan List > click on the plan).
On this tab, when you choose one or more of the following options, the plan becomes visible (instead of hidden):
How Members Purchase Plans on the Web
Network Landing Page
When a non-member or visitor visits your landing page, they’ll see all available plans to purchase or access.
After selecting a plan, a detailed view appears.
Here, members can review subscription options and choose their preferred payment frequency.
Create Account: The new member enters their account details, including Name, Email, and Password.
Enter Payment Information: Finally, the member enters their credit card details to complete the purchase.
Note: If you’d like to direct members straight to the Plans section on your landing page, just add /?choose_a_plan
to the end of your URL, like so:

Members will see these plans (or non-members depending on your Network visibility) and be able to select "Buy"
After selecting a plan, a detailed view appears.
If they have already created an account, they will see an option to add their credit card and purchase the plan.
Token-Gated Plans
With Token-Gated Plans, members will see the required Token(s) listed on the Plan page.
After a Purchase
They will receive a receipt from Stripe with your Network name, the charge amount, and your contact details.
Plans on iOS
On iOS, new Plans require Apple’s approval before members can make a purchase. To request expedited approval, click the Need Help? button in the bottom right corner of your Host account and ask our team to support with Apple’s approval process.
After approval, members can buy Plans on iOS using Apple’s in-app payment system, which connects to their App Store account. Currency conversion happens automatically based on location.
Does Apple permit me to add a link directing people to purchase plans on the web?
As of May 2025, Apple has updated their policy guidelines to permit freely linking to the web for digital purchases in the United States. Guidelines vary per country, however, and this new policy is subject to change.
Important to know: Apple charges a 15% fee on each transaction, and purchases made through the App Store cannot be canceled or refunded by you. Members manage their subscriptions directly through their App Store account.
Plans on Android
When you sell paid Plans, the Android app will inform members that they can purchase through a mobile browser or desktop.
Bank Statements
For web purchases, members will see the "statement descriptor" set up in your Stripe account on their bank statement. For iOS purchases, it will show as "Apple.com Bill." Email confirmations for iOS purchases will display the name of your Mighty Network.
