How Do I Market Internal Plans to Members and Prospective Members?

Learn how to market Internal Plans in your Mighty Network with best practices for sharing links, single-use invites, and hidden plans.

Updated this week

Promoting your Internal Plans is a powerful way to engage your members and attract new ones to your Mighty Network. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the best practices for sharing your plans effectively and show you how to use single-use invite links for secure, seamless access.

Sharing Internal Plans

Sharing an Internal Plan linked to a specific Space or Spaces is straightforward. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Access Your Plan List

    • Log in using a web browser.

    • Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.

    • Select "Admin" and then "Plan List."

    • Locate the Internal Plan you’d like to share.
Tip: Use the "Audience" filter to quickly find Internal Plans.

  2. Open the Share Tab

    • Click on the Plan you want to share.

    • Navigate to the "Share" tab.

    • If no links have been generated yet, you can create them on this tab.

  3. Choose a Sharing Option

    • Plan Landing Page Link: Directs members to a page where they can sign in or create an account before purchasing the plan.

    • Redirect Links (Advanced Options):

      • Redirect to Sign In: Sends users straight to the Sign In page before checkout. Signed-in members skip directly to checkout.

      • Redirect to Create Account: Sends users directly to the Create Account page before checkout. Signed-in members skip directly to checkout.

    • Single-Use Link: Send an exclusive, one-time link through the Invite Form for secure sharing.

Each option ensures a seamless experience for members or prospects, tailored to how you want them to access your plan.

Single-Use Invite Links

For added security and control, especially when offering exclusive or discounted access, consider using single-use invite links. These links are unique to each recipient and expire after one use, preventing unauthorized sharing.

  • Creating Single-Use Invite Links:

    • Go to your Plan's settings.

    • Select the 'Share' tab.

    • Use the invite form to send an invitation directly to the recipient's email.

Note: Single-use invite links can only be sent through the invite form and cannot be copied or reused.

Sharing Links Within Your Mighty Network

When sharing content internally:

  • Plans: Always use the Plan Landing Page link.

  • Spaces: Use the share link found by hovering over the Space in the left navigation panel, clicking the three-dot menu, and selecting 'Share'.

This ensures that links function correctly within your network.

Creating Discounts with Hidden Plans

To offer special pricing or discounts:

  • Hidden Plans:

    • Create a Hidden Plan in your Plan settings.

    • Share the unique link with your intended audience.

If a recipient closes the sales page before purchasing, they must use the link again to access the Hidden Plan.

Deactivating Share Links for Hidden Plans

To prevent further use of a Hidden Plan's share link:

  • In your Plan settings, select 'Delete All Links'.

  • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action invalidates existing links and generates new ones, ensuring controlled access.

Ambassador Program and Share Links

If you have the Ambassador Program enabled, each member has a unique referral link to invite others. For Plan Access Mighty Networks, this link directs prospects to your Network's Landing Page, where they can view available plans. When a new member joins through this link, the referral is tracked.

Note: Members cannot create share links to specific plans, and the Ambassador Program does not function as an affiliate program with financial tracking and payouts.
