How Do I Invite Directly to a Plan?

Learn how to invite members directly to a plan

Updated over 2 weeks ago

After you create a plan, you can invite people to join it directly.

These invites are one-time use. Once someone creates an account with an invite, it can’t be used again.

If your Mighty Network is set to Accessible Through Plans, you should use Invite to Plan.

Go to Admin > Plans, select the plan that includes Network access, then open the Visibility & Sharing tab.

From here, you can invite people in two ways:

1. Send Invites for This Plan

You can enter email addresses individually or upload a CSV file to invite multiple people at once (CSV uploads are available on the Community Plan and higher).

Invite to Plan emails are one-time use.

2. Share a Link for This Plan

You can copy a Share Link for your plan. Anyone with the link can use it to join.

In both cases, people will still need to complete any gates you’ve set—payment, questions, or approval.

3. From the Invite Page

You can also invite people to a plan from Admin > Invite by selecting Invite to Plan.

Next, choose the plan you want to invite someone to.

Decide where you want people to land when they click the invite link in their email or in-app notification:

Plan Landing Page

This page lets people sign in or sign up. It’s the best option when your plan includes purchases for both new and existing members.

Skip the Landing Page

This takes people directly to account creation. It’s best for inviting new members.

Add the email address (or addresses) of the people who purchased off-platform. You can also upload a CSV file to invite multiple people at once.

Edit your invite message, then click Send.

Your invitees will receive an email with your message and a button to Access.

After you send an invite, the system automatically sends up to three reminder emails at 3, 10, and 30 days.
