How Do I Invite Directly to a Plan?

Updated this week

After you create your plan, you can invite your members directly to it.

These invites are one-time use, and cannot be used again once an account has been created.

If your Network is set to Accessible Through Plans, you should use Invite to Plan. In Admin > Plans, click on the plan that includes the Network that you want people to join, and navigate to the Visibility & Sharing tab. From here, you have two ways to invite members to your plan:

  1. Invite to your plan via email.

    • Invite to Plan emails are one-time use and cannot be reused once an account has been created using the invite. For more information, check out this article.

    • You can enter an email address directly in the field or upload a CSV list of email addresses you want to invite all at once (available on the Community Plan and higher-tier plans; see below for more details)

  2. Use a plan Share Link that anyone who can access the link can use to join.

In either case, people will not bypass any gates you have set up for your plan (payment, questions, and/or approval).

You can also invite to a plan by going to Admin > Invite and select “Invite to Plan”.

Next, choose the plan you want to invite the member to

Decide where you want a member to land when they click the invite link from the email or in-app notification that they receive.

Plan Landing Page: This is where members can choose to either sign in or sign up. This option is best for purchases that could include new and existing members.

Skip the Landing Page: This is where members create an account. This option is best for new members.

Next, add the email address or addresses of the members who purchased off-platform. You can also upload a csv of email addresses.

Finally, edit the invite text and click send.

The member will receive an email with your invite text and a button to “Access Now”.

Once you've sent an invite, your invitees will automatically get up to three email reminders from our system. These reminders go out after 3, 10, and 30 days.
