Automations FAQs
Updated this week

Is there a limit to how many automations I can set up and run?

No—other platforms limit you to a certain number of automations in a month. On Mighty, you can create and run as many automations as you'd like using the triggers and actions available on your Mighty plan.

How do I troubleshoot my workflows?

You will want to check the workflow logs by going to the three dot menu next to the workflow > View Workflow Logs. This will show you the timestamp of the last action and other details that will help you diagnose the problem. As always you can reach out to our Customer Advocacy team to assist.

How fast are the automations?

They are near instant!

Can I duplicate a workflow?

Yes! Just click the three dots menu next to the workflow you'd like to duplicate, then choose the "Duplicate Workflow" option.

If you try to save the duplicated workflow without making changes to any of its Trigger or Action settings, it will remain suspended until you make changes and re-save.

Do I get notifications when a private message is sent on my behalf?

You won’t receive a notification but, as a Network Host, you have access to the automations list in Admin. There, you can check the workflow logs and see when messages have been sent and to what member. You will also see this message at the top of your conversation list.

How can you tell whether someone else paused a workflow?

All Network Hosts have access to the workflows which means that they can be paused by anyone. To check if they are paused or not, visit Admin > Integrations > Automations to see the list.

What about adding a ______ trigger or _______ action?

We have a whole list of automations to add soon, and every new Mighty feature that is introduced brings the potential for new automations!

What about time delays, or the ability to add multiple triggers and actions into a single workflow?

These aren’t available yet, but we’re definitely considering them in the near-term future.

Automations By Plan

Other platforms limit you to a certain number of automations in a month (like Zapier and Circle). On Mighty, you can create and run unlimited workflows.

Check out the plan breakdown below

  • Courses Plans will have access to triggers and actions related to course progress, badges, and tags.

  • Business Plans will unlock more triggers and actions related to events as well as joining or leaving Spaces, Plans, or your Mighty Network as a whole.

  • On the Path-to-Pro and Mighty Pro, you'll have access to all triggers and actions which includes those based around member posting and activities, and the ability to trigger a DM to members.
