Simply tap that ‘Need Help?’ button, click ‘Send us a Message,’ and ask away. Conversations can be managed easily –you will receive replies both in your Mighty Network and in your email.

As a Mighty Network Host, you also get customer support for your members. They’re able to connect with us via help@mightynetworks.com.
We offer premium support for Hosts on the Community Plan and up.
Mighty Pro Hosts receive VIP customer support, as well as 1:1 monthly strategy sessions with your dedicated Community Strategist.
