How Do I Set or Reset My Password?

If you need to set up, reset, or update your password, here’s how to do it:

Setting Up a Password for the First Time

If you originally signed in using Facebook, LinkedIn, or without creating a password, you may not have set one up when you first joined your Mighty Network. To set up a new password or unlink your account from Facebook or LinkedIn:

  1. Sign in on a Web Browser: You can only set up or update your password through a web browser, not through the mobile app.

  2. Go to Your Profile: After signing in, click on your Profile Photo > Personal Settings > Account > Update Email & Password.

  3. Add a Password: Select the option to "Add a Password."

  4. Check Your Email: We’ll send you an email with a link to set up your new password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Once you’ve set up your password, you can use it to log in going forward.

Resetting Your Password

If you already have a password but need to reset it:

  1. Use a Web Browser: You'll need to use a web browser to reset your password, not the mobile app.

  2. Click “Forgot Password?”: On the sign-in page for your Mighty Network, click the "Forgot password?" link below the "Password" text box. On the next page, enter your email address and click "Send Email."

  3. Check Your Email: You’ll receive a password reset email. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. This email is valid for only one hour, but you can send yourself as many password reset emails as needed.

Important Note: If you click "Forgot Password?" in the mobile app, you’ll receive a magic link email that automatically logs you back into the app, but it will not allow you to reset your password. To reset your password, you must do so through a web browser.

Changing Your Email Address

To change your email address:

  1. On a Web Browser: Click on your profile picture > Personal Settings > Account > Update Email and Password. From there, you’ll see the option to change your email address.

  2. On Mobile: You can also change your email address using the mobile app by following the same steps.
