Yes you can!

You can duplicates and reorder Lessons, Sections and Quizzes in any Space.

Select the three dot menu next to the content > Duplicate Lesson/Section/Quiz.

When you duplicate a Section, it will duplicate all the content inside as well.

You can also move the content to a new Space by selecting Move Lesson/Section/Quiz.

To reorder content, click on the three lines next to the content to drag and drop it in the new order.

If you select the checkbox next to the content, you will see options to change the visibility as well as completion settings.
