When you create a Mighty Network, you’re automatically designated as the Host of your new community.
We call admins or creators “Hosts” because building a Mighty Network should feel more like hosting a great party than managing admin work.
Switching Between Mighty Networks
Each Mighty Network is standalone, which means you’ll need to create a separate profile and login for every Network you join. (You can use the same login information across Networks if you’d like.)
Once you log in for the first time, switching between Networks is quick and seamless:
On mobile: Use the Mighty Networks apps to switch between communities without logging in again.
On web: Go directly to the Network’s URL in your browser, and you’ll be logged in automatically.
Your Host Profile
As the Host, you also have your own personal profile within your Mighty Network.
To edit your profile, click on the photo in the upper right corner > Personal Settings > Edit Profile.
You can add:
Profile photo: Minimum size 500 × 500 pixels (cropped into a circle). A default image appears until you upload one. Check out how to customize the style of these photos so they fit your community vibe.
Cover photo: Appears as a horizontal banner on desktop and a vertical background on mobile. The ideal size is 1920 × 1080 pixels. Choose an image that isn’t too busy and can be cropped cleanly.
Short bio: Fully searchable within your Network.
Location and timezone: Optional, but helpful for connecting with nearby members.
About Me: A short introduction that automatically posts to the Activity Feed on web (not visible in mobile apps).
You can also add up to 10 personal links—for example, your social media profiles, website, or blog. When you add social media links, the platform name and icon will appear automatically. Links to specific videos (like YouTube) will display the video title.
Note:
Twitter and Instagram links only display the platform name, even if you link to multiple profiles or posts.
Private Facebook profiles or groups will appear as “Facebook.”
Other Profile Features
You can customize your Mighty Network with additional profile elements, including:
Custom Fields: Add fields such as profession, interests, or other personal details.
Badges: Assign to members to recognize accomplishments or participation.
Member Discovery: The People Explorer connects members that have similar interests, location and more!
Profile Assist (AI Feature)
If your Mighty Network is on the Community Plan or higher, you can enable Profile Assist, an AI feature that helps you and your members write your “About Me” section.
Select Get Me Started, answer three quick questions, and a draft will be generated for you. You can edit or delete the text at any time if you’d like to start over.
Delete or Deactivate Your Account
To deactivate your personal account:
Log in to your Mighty Network on web
Go to Profile Photo > Personal Settings > Account.
Scroll to the bottom and select Deactivate My Account.
You can reactivate your account anytime by logging in with the same email. Your posts, profile intro, “About Me,” saved drafts, followed members, and chat messages will be restored. However, you’ll lose any custom fields, bookmarked posts, and access to Spaces (unless your plan includes them).
To permanently delete your account, use the link under “To permanently delete your account, click here.”
Important: This action cannot be undone.
If you’re the Host who created the Mighty Network, you can only deactivate your account—not delete it. To fully remove your Network, you’ll need to cancel your plan and delete your Mighty Network. If you’re the sole Host, you must either assign a new Host or delete the entire Network before deactivation.
