How many Custom Field dropdown options can I create?

When you initially create the field, it will be 20 but you can add an unlimited amount after creation.

How do Custom Fields work with Member Categories?

At General Release, if you have a Member Category for your Network, it will automatically convert into a dropdown Custom Field.

Can I control who sees a member’s responses on their profile page?

Yes, Hosts can set visibility controls to determine which profile fields are visible to other members of the Mighty Network.

Can I have Custom Fields per Space?

Member Profiles and Custom Fields are a Network feature at this time, and are not available per Space.

Are Custom Fields tied to Network or Plan screening questions?

Not at this time, but we’re looking at integrating these features in the short-term future.

Can members change their Custom Fields responses at any time?

Yes! Members can fill out and make edits directly from their Member Profile.

Can I edit Fields after I’ve created them?

Yes, you will be able to edit some aspects of Fields after you create them. Specifically, you’ll be able to edit the Field name, description, placeholder text as well as add or remove dropdown options. You won’t be able to edit the privacy, custom response option, response limit, or response type (single or multi-select).

Where can I manage the Fields?

Hosts can manage Custom Fields within the Admin settings area.

How many Custom Fields can I create?

The Mighty Network plan you are on determines how many Custom Fields you can create.

Custom Fields are available on the Community plan and up.

  • Community Plan

    • 1 Custom Field

  • Courses Plan

    • 5 Custom Fields

  • Business Plan and up

    • Unlimited

Will Custom Fields integrate with Zapier?

Not at this time, but it's something we will look into in the future.
