What Counts Toward My Storage Limit?
The following count toward your storage:
Uploaded videos in Posts and Articles
Livestream recordings
Photos
GIFs
Files
These do not count toward storage:
Native videos uploaded to Course Overview, Sections, or Lessons

You’ll receive Network notifications as you approach or exceed your storage limit.
You can also check anytime by going to:

Livestreaming Limits by Plan
Your monthly Livestreaming allowance depends on your pricing plan:

If you need more streaming hours or more attendees, you can purchase an Engagement Boost.
Maximum Livestream Length
Each Livestream can be up to 2 hours long.
Livestreams cannot be extended beyond the 2-hour limit.
Do Livestream Hours Rollover?
No. Unused hours do not roll over. Your hours reset at the start of your billing month, based on the day you originally signed up.
Do Non-Recorded Livestreams Count Toward Storage?
No. Only recorded Livestreams count toward your storage.
How to Check How Many Livestream Hours You Have Left
Go to:
Admin > Mighty Billing Plan > Your Plan > Storage and Usage
You’ll see your remaining hours and an option to add an Engagement Boost.
What Are Engagement Boosts?
Engagement Boosts let you increase your:
Monthly Livestreaming hours
Maximum simultaneous attendees
Total storage
You can add a Boost by visiting:
Admin > Mighty Billing Plan > Your Plan > Storage and Usage

Are Engagement Boosts Refundable?
Engagement Boosts are not refundable.
If your Mighty Network is canceled, you’ll keep Boost features through the end of your billing cycle.
What Happens If I Downgrade My Boost?
You’ll receive a prorated refund for the difference between the higher Boost and the lower one.
How to Cancel an Engagement Boost
Go to:
Admin > Mighty Billing Plan > Your Plan > Storage and Usage > Cancel Boost
