Mighty Networks offers premium customer support for Hosts on the Community Plan and the Business Plan.
Mighty Pro Hosts receive VIP customer support, as well as 1:1 monthly strategy sessions with your dedicated Community Strategist.
The simplest and quickest way to get in touch is through your own Mighty Network when you’re logged in.
Our team of customer support advocates are available via the ‘Need Help’ button at the bottom right corner from 6 am to 6 pm PT every day of the week. Simply tap that ‘Need Help’ button, click ‘Send us a Message,’ and ask away. Conversations can be managed easily–you will receive replies both in your Mighty Network and in your email.
Mighty Community is an excellent resource for Hosts looking to communicate and collaborate with other awesome business owners and creators. We have an entire library of free resources to help guide and support you on your community-building journey.
When you are a Host on the Business Plan or the Community Plan you may access Mighty Hosts. Here, you'll be able to post questions to each other (and our team), share your wins and challenges, and get sneak peeks into product updates, new resources, and more. We host our Weekly Product Studio here as well.
If you have strategic questions or ideas, this is where you’ll come to ask them of each other and our Mighty team.
We also offer our Community Design™ Accelerator Course, where we share our proven frameworks for creating, growing, and selling thriving communities, online courses, and memberships.
