Before you delete your Mighty Network, you’ll want to make sure your plan is downgraded and any active paid plans are fully deactivated.
Step 1: Downgrade Your Current Plan
If your Mighty Network is on a paid plan, downgrade it first by going to:
Admin > Mighty Billing Plan
Follow the prompts to switch to the Free Plan before deleting your Mighty Network.
Step 2: Deactivate Any Active Member Plans
If you’ve set up integrated payments, you’ll need to deactivate all visible, active plans before deleting your Network.
Go to:
Admin > Plans > Plans List
Deactivate each active plan. It may take a couple of hours for these changes to process. Once they are no longer active or visible, you can delete your Network.
Step 3: Delete Your Mighty Network
When your plan and member plans are fully deactivated, you can delete your Network:
Admin > Setup > Basics
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete it here.
Important: Deletion Is Permanent
Deleting your Mighty Network is irreversible.
All content, data, and member activity will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How Do I Deactivate My Mighty Network Instead?
If you don’t want to permanently delete your Mighty Network, you can request a deactivation instead.
Deactivation:
Makes your Mighty Network inaccessible to members
Retains all content
Allows you to return and reactivate it at any time
